Trampoline Programs

Trampoline classes are a fun way to improve fitness, coordination, and spacial awareness. With guidance from our experienced instructors, participants will learn jumps and acrobatics in a safe, energetic environment. Classes are 1 hour in length, and have lower ratios then our gymnastics classes. Participants will work through progressional programs. Come and enjoy how to safely use a trampoline.

Pre-Comp Trampoline participants will learn jumps and acrobatics in a safe, energetic environment.

Trampoline & Parkour

Ages: 6+

Class Length: 1 hour​

Beginner to Advanced

Trampoline & Parkour fusion program is designed to challenge boundaries and ignite creativity in an adrenaline-charged environment.
